What vehicle do I need?
Count everyone and every bag. Ski bags, snowboards and big suitcases are one item each; two cabin bags or two boot bags count as one. The boot fills up as you add them, and the price comes live from our booking engine.
How we move a group
One booking, several vehicles, same arrival
Enter the whole group and every bag in the calculator or in the search box. The booking engine returns the vehicles where everyone fits: 14-seat vans, 22-seat minibuses or several vehicles, with the total price. You book them in one go.
When several vehicles go, they leave the same terminal at the same time, the drivers have each other’s details and they arrive at the hotel within minutes of each other. The group leader has one phone number for everything.
- One invoice in the name of the school, club or company.
- Pick-up in different terminals or at different times, if the group arrives on several flights.
- Return booked the same way, from the hotel to the airport.

Minors
School trips and minors
Andorra is outside the European Union and there is a customs check at the border: every pupil needs a valid passport or ID card. Minors travelling without their parents may need a travel authorisation; check the requirements of their country before the trip. Tell us the number of children under 135 cm who need a booster.
Luggage
Thirty pairs of skis
A group of 20 skiers can carry 20 suitcases and 15 ski bags. Count them all: the engine assigns vehicles with room for everything, and for very large groups we can add a separate luggage vehicle. Ask us on WhatsApp for more than 50 people.
When to book
The season as a marked piste
Each stretch of the 2026-27 season has the colour of a piste marker: how hard it is to find a vehicle on those days. Black weeks book up first.
- Quiet: book a week ahead
- Normal: book two weeks ahead
- Busy: book a month ahead
- Peak: book as soon as you have your flights
Season dates from the resorts. Bank holidays from the official calendars; UK and French school holidays vary by area, so check yours.

Do you have minibuses for 15 or 20 people to Andorra?
Yes. We have 14-seat vans and 22-seat minibuses, and several vehicles for larger groups. Enter the number of people in the search box to see the price.
Can a group of more than 50 book?
Yes, message us on WhatsApp or call us: we organise it with several vehicles and send you a fixed price.
Can we pay as an organisation?
Yes. You book online and we issue one invoice in the organisation’s name.
